The Spouse Visa is the visa you will need if you are married to a permanent resident or Australian citizen. MTT provides free application and processing services. The application takes approximately 72-days to complete.
In order to apply for the Spouse Visa you must provide the following documents:

-- Marriage certificate from Australian registry office
-- Birth certificate
-- Medical certificate
-- Bank statement
-- House registration
-- Application form/fee for Department of Immigration and Multicultural Affairs (DIMA)
-- Police clearance from your Home Country Police Department
-- Police clearance from Australian Police Department
-- Two Australian citizens as witnesses
-- Proof of living together for 1-year or more (If you have)
-- Shared living expenses (rent, electricity, water, phone, etc)
-- Apprication form 80 ( Personal Particulars for Character Assessment )
