The accredited MTT Direct Entry Program has been specially designed for students who want to study in an English-speaking country or an English-medium international program.

Each class is limited to 9 students and is presented in an interactive way to keep lessons interesting. Materials are selected from a wide range of texts, real-life situations and topic areas so that you get authentic practice to build up 'real' language and skills.

The 124-hour Direct Entry Program is conducted at three levels:

Pre-Intermediate (IELTS 4.0+)
Intermediate (IELTS 5.0+)
Upper-Intermediate (IELTS 6.0+)

The Direct Entry Program is conducted in one-month terms. Classes are from Monday to Friday, starting at 9.30am and finishing at 4.30pm. Each 124-hour course has five modules which aim to build up language, confidence, study skills and exam strategies:

Module 1: General English
Develops your confidence and communication skills for academic and social English situations
Module 2: English for Academic Purposes
Transfers language and skills you need for successful study in an English-speaking environment; builds up skills needed for the IELTS exam
Module 3: IELTS Preparation
Transfers knowledge and strategies you need to pass the IELTS examination; includes practice IELTS exams with feedback
Module 4: Self-Directed Learning
Develops your research and organizational skills through individual assignment work
Module 5: Individual Tutorials
Gives you individual access to the Instructor so you can work on your own areas of interest or weakness
At the end of the course you will have built up enough language, knowledge and skills to score IELTS 5.5 - IELTS 6.5. As part of our one-stop services, MTT can also arrange your IELTS exam application.
